The Board dismissed the motions to reverse or revise on the basis of clear and unmistakable error (CUE) for both a February 4, 2004 rating decision that confirmed and continued a previous denial of service connection for sleep apnea and an August 3, 2021 rating decision that granted CUE in the February 4, 2004 decision.
