Veterans’ RightsAn independent resource for veterans

Independent, and proud of it

Veterans’ Rights is built for veterans by an independent team. We are not the VA, not part of the government, and not endorsed by any agency. That independence is the point: because no one is paying us to tell you a certain answer, we can show you the unvarnished truth about what wins and what doesn’t.

Where our information comes from

We cite public, official sources by name — the Board of Veterans’ Appeals’ own published decisions, the VA OGC accreditation directory, and 38 CFR. Citing the government is the opposite of pretending to be it.

How we stay free for you

Veterans never pay. Accredited representatives can pay for professional tools — but we never sell your information, and we never put you up for auction as a “lead.” You always choose who to contact.

We are not the VA. Veterans’ Rights is an independent resource built for veterans. We are not the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, not part of the government, and not endorsed by any government agency.

This is general information, not legal advice. For advice about your own situation, talk to a VA-accredited representative — many help for free.
