Veterans’ RightsAn independent resource for veterans

VRH Pro · for VA-accredited reps

Get listed where veterans look for help

Veterans use this site free. VRH Pro is the subscription for VA-accredited attorneys and claims agents: a claimed profile in the directory veterans use to find help, contact reporting, and full access to the research library — 903,000+ vetted Board of Veterans’ Appeals decisions with grant, remand, and denial rates and winning theories by condition. Built on public BVA data. Independent of any firm or the VA.

Included today

A claimed directory profile

A highlighted “Claimed listing” in the accredited-rep directory veterans use to find help — placed at the top of your category (attorney or claims agent) in your state. This is the core of the subscription.

Contact reporting

See how many veterans chose to reach out from your profile, all-time and over the last 30 days, in your private dashboard. We report the count only — never anyone’s contact details.

The Pro workspace + CSV export

A subscriber-only workspace to search the full decision corpus and export your filtered results to CSV for case prep — something free users can’t do.

The full research library

Search every vetted Board decision and filter by condition, disposition, service-connection theory, exposure, and PACT Act — plus grant/remand/denial rates and winning theories by condition. (The browse tools are free for everyone, including you.)

Veterans Law Judge insight — live now

Judge-level grant rates on 300,000+ judge-attributed decisions: every attributed decision page names the deciding judge with their historical grant rate (shown once a judge has 100+ vetted decisions), and workspace CSV exports include the judge column. Attribution coverage: 2025 complete; earlier years partial.

Rolling out to Pro members

On the roadmap and shipped to Pro members first, at no extra cost, as each lands. We don’t bill for these yet — they’re why the research library keeps getting better.

Saved-search alerts

Save a search and get notified when a new decision matches — e.g. a new grant for sleep apnea secondary to PTSD.

PDF export + saved views

Export polished PDF case-prep packets and pin the searches you run most.

Judge filters & breakdowns

Filter the workspace and CSV exports by the deciding judge, with per-judge outcome breakdowns by condition. (Judge names and grant rates are already live — see above.)

Where the work comes from

People arrive here after a denial or a low rating, researching an appeal — often inside the one-year window. That’s the stage where paid representation is permitted: under 38 CFR § 14.636 an accredited attorney or agent may charge a fee after the initial decision, capped at 20% of past-due benefits. A veteran who chooses to contact you from here is at the point where you can take the case.

Expected reach

Estimates drawn from public VA data (FY2024) and our own corpus of Board decisions — shown while this site’s traffic ramps. We replace these with the site’s live visit and contact numbers as they accrue.

What this is not

We do not sell veteran leads. We never auction or hand over a veteran’s contact information. Veterans always choose whom to contact, on their own terms — your subscription is a directory listing plus a research tool, not a person’s data. Free VSO listings always appear first, the ordering rules are disclosed on the directory page, and a subscription buys no say in who a veteran contacts and no influence over the information we publish. A “claimed profile” is a paid listing — not a recommendation, rating, or endorsement by us.

Pricing

The research library stays free for everyone. A subscription puts you in the directory and funds the free veteran resource — every plan includes your claimed profile and contact reporting.

Solo

$99/month

For an individual VA-accredited attorney or claims agent: a claimed directory profile, contact reporting, and full research access. (VSOs are listed free — you serve veterans at no charge.)

We verify your accreditation number against the VA directory before your claimed badge appears.

Firm

$299/month

For firms with multiple accredited reps: Pro for your team and a claimed profile for each accredited attorney or claims agent. Same disclosed ordering rules — a firm subscription buys no extra placement beyond each rep’s claimed profile.

We verify your accreditation number against the VA directory before your claimed badge appears.

Only VA-accredited attorneys and claims agents can subscribe; we verify your accreditation number against the VA’s accreditation list at checkout. A subscription funds the free veteran resource and buys no influence over the information we publish, and no say in who a veteran contacts.
