Allergic rhinitis decisions — 2022

The Board has remanded the claims for service connection for sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and bilateral pes planus due to missing non-VA treatment records. The Veteran is asked to submit or authorize VA to obtain these records.

The Board has remanded the claims for rheumatic fever, rhinitis and hay fever due to insufficient information regarding the Veteran's November 1959 Report of Medical Examination.
