The Veteran's claims for service connection have been denied. The Board has not found sufficient evidence to support the Veteran's claims for deviated septum/rhinitis, PTSD and neurosis, chronic back pain, lattice degeneration (claimed as degeneration in eyes), or skin irritation, skin allergies, eczema, psoriasis.

The Board has restored service connection for allergic rhinitis and bilateral eye disabilities (left posterior vitreous detachment with nevus and right vitreous syneresis) as they are not clearly and unmistakably erroneous.

The Board has decided to remand the case due to insufficient evidence regarding whether the Veteran's pre-existing allergy condition was aggravated by service. The case will be reviewed with a new VA medical opinion.
