The Board granted service connection for PTSD, bipolar disorder, and thoracolumbar strain with arthritis, and assigned initial ratings. The issues of Parkinson's disease, dementia, cervical neck strain, spinal stenosis, TDIU, and special monthly compensation were remanded.
