Allergic rhinitis Board decisions

The appeal pertaining to the issue of entitlement to an effective date prior to August 26, 2010, for the award of service connection for allergic rhinitis is dismissed.

The Board denied an initial compensable rating for irritable bowel syndrome prior to October 29, 2020, and an earlier effective date for the grant of service connection for allergic rhinitis. The decision also remanded several issues related to left knee disability, left knee scars, and sinusitis.

The Veteran withdrew appeals for service connection of multiple conditions, resulting in the dismissal of all claims.

The Board granted service connection for skin cancer, type II diabetes mellitus, hypertension, allergic rhinitis, and chronic sinusitis based on presumptive exposure to herbicides.
