Allergic rhinitis Board decisions

The Veteran's appeal for increased ratings and effective dates has been denied. The Board found that the evidence did not support a higher rating for PTSD, allergic rhinitis, hypertension, GERD with IBS, or headaches. Effective dates were also denied for various claims.

The Veteran's claim for an earlier effective date for a 10 percent rating for allergic rhinitis is denied as the earliest date of claim is May 17, 2024.

The Veteran's claim for an increased disability rating for allergic rhinitis is granted with an effective date of May 11, 2018.
