Allergic rhinitis Board decisions

The Veteran's appeal for service connection for rhinitis is being remanded due to errors in the duty to assist and a need for additional evidence. The AOJ must obtain the Veteran's military personnel records, provide notice of his right to a hearing, and request a VA examination to determine if his rhinitis is related to service or toxic exposure.
