Ankle Board decisions

The Veteran's right ankle disability is rated at 10 percent, which does not meet the criteria for a higher rating.,Migraine headaches are rated at 50 percent since they cause very frequent completely prostrating and prolonged attacks productive of severe economic inadaptability.

The Board has decided to remand four issues: service connection for gout, right and left ankle disorders, a compensable rating prior to May 7, 2017, and in excess of 10 percent thereafter, for bilateral hearing loss; and service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder (PTSD).
