Osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis) Board decisions

The Board granted service connection for hypertension, left ankle tendinosis, and left knee osteoarthritis. Service connection was denied for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

The Board granted a disability rating of 20 percent for the left and right knee osteoarthritis, effective from August 14, 2017.
