Asthma decisions — 2023

The Board has granted an initial rating of 30 percent for the Veteran's asthma prior to March 25, 2021. The rating is subject to the laws and regulations governing the payment of monetary benefits.

The Veteran's asthma was noted on his active-duty Report of Medical Examination and clearly and unmistakably did not increase in severity during service. Therefore, the claim for service connection is denied.
