Asthma Board decisions

The Board has remanded the case due to a need for clarification of the etiology of the Veteran's COPD and other respiratory conditions. The Veteran was exposed to jet fuel and hazardous substances in service, which may have contributed to his current condition.

The Veteran's PTSD is rated at 70 percent prior to December 20, 2016. Beginning December 20, 2016, the rating for PTSD is denied as it does not meet the criteria for a higher rating.
