Chronic fatigue syndrome decisions — 2023

The Board has remanded the claims for service connection for CFS, including whether it is related to exposure at Camp Lejeune or secondary to PTSD. The TDIU and increased rating for PTSD prior to October 16, 2018 are also being remanded due to incomplete documentation of FMLA leave.
