The Board has determined that the Veteran's timely Notice of Disagreement (NOD) was received in response to an August 2015 rating decision, which denied a disability rating in excess of 50 percent for PTSD, depressive disorder, anxious distress, and alcohol abuse. The issue is remanded as it must be addressed by issuing a Statement of the Case.
