Depression Board decisions

The appellant has withdrawn his appeals for service connection of anxiety condition and major depression. The Board dismissed the appeal due to withdrawal.

The Veteran's claims for increased ratings have been remanded due to the need for further evaluation of his lumbar spine condition.,His current ratings for scars, hypertension, and lower extremity radiculopathy are all within their respective limits.
