Diabetes Board decisions

The Board has remanded the case due to insufficient opinions regarding service connection for diabetes mellitus. The Veteran's TCE and cold exposure are conceded, but further examination is needed to determine if these exposures caused or aggravated the condition.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities prevented him from securing and following substantially gainful employment prior to January 1, 2020. From January 1, 2020 onwards, the evidence shows that his disabilities preclude him from securing and following substantially gainful employment.
