The Veteran withdrew his appeal regarding the reduction in the rating for diabetes mellitus type II.

The Veteran's diabetes mellitus, type II, is rated at 20 percent and denied a higher rating.,Before September 13, 2021, the Veteran's peripheral neuropathy of the right leg was rated at 10 percent and denied a higher rating.,Beginning May 21, 2021, the Veteran's peripheral neuropathy of the right leg is rated at 20 percent and denied a higher rating.,The Veteran's peripheral neuropathy of the left leg is rated at 10 percent and denied a higher rating.

The Veteran's mental disorder, claimed as PTSD and an unspecified anxiety disorder, was caused by service. Service connection is granted for this condition.

The Veteran's claims for diabetes mellitus, right lower extremity peripheral neuropathy, and left lower extremity peripheral neuropathy are being remanded due to insufficient medical evidence. The VA will obtain additional treatment records and schedule the Veteran for a comprehensive examination.

The Board denied service connection for ischemic heart disease, prostate disorder, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and cardiomyopathy, and obstructive sleep apnea due to lack of evidence of herbicide exposure in Vietnam.
