The Board granted service connection for migraine headaches and denied the claims for an earlier effective date, increased ratings, and other service connection issues.

The Board granted earlier effective dates for the Veteran's left and right knee instability, as well as a 20% disability rating for erectile dysfunction. Other claims were denied.

The Board remands the claim for service connection for erectile dysfunction due to an inadequate VA examination and the need for additional evidence.

The Board restored the 40% rating for the service-connected lumbar strain with degenerative disc disease and herniated disc status post L5-S1 disc replacement effective June 25, 2024, and granted an initial 10% rating for a surgical scar on the anterior trunk.

The Veteran is granted a total disability rating based upon individual unemployability (TDIU) due to service-connected peripheral vestibular disorder from December 13, 2020, to September 25, 2023, an earlier effective date of December 13, 2020, for the establishment of Dependents' Educational Assistance (DEA) benefits, and special monthly compensation (SMC) at the housebound rate from April 13, 2023, to September 25, 2023.
