The Veteran's bilateral pes planus with plantar fasciitis was rated at 30 percent from April 23, 2015 to November 19, 2019 and from July 1, 2020. A 50 percent rating was granted for the period from November 19, 2019 to July 1, 2020.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities, including his right and left knee conditions, bilateral pes planus, hypertension with chest pain, low back condition, tinnitus, radiculopathy, patellar subluxation, painful motion in knees and feet, and hearing loss, precluded him from obtaining or retaining substantially gainful employment beginning July 1, 2014.
