The Board has determined that the Veteran's claims for service connection are remanded due to new and material evidence having been received. The issues of service connection for bilateral pes planus, recurrent sleep disability (obstructive sleep apnea), tinnitus, and a rating in excess of 70 percent for PTSD have also been remanded.
