The Veteran's claims for service connection have been granted, with the exception of a skin disorder. The Board found new and material evidence to reopen claims for muscle cramps, low back pain, and pes planus. Service connection is granted for these conditions. However, service connection was denied for a skin condition due to Agent Orange exposure.

The Board has granted service connection for flat feet, left knee injury, right knee injury, and left ear hearing loss. The claim for a compensable disability rating for right ear hearing loss is remanded.

The Veteran's pes planus and feet pain (claimed as bilateral plantar fascitis) have been granted service connection.,The Veteran's hallux valgus, hammertoe damage, and stress fracture in foot are currently under review.

Remand is required due to outstanding records that need to be obtained.

The Veteran's disability rating for bilateral pes planus was reduced from 50% to 30%, effective November 1, 2016. The Board is remanding the case to determine if this reduction was proper.

The Board has denied the Veteran's claims of service connection for bilateral symptomatic ingrown toenails and bilateral plantar fasciitis, finding that there is no evidence to support these conditions during his active duty. The Veteran's service connection claims for bilateral plantar fasciitis and a right plantar calcaneal spur are being remanded due to the inadequacy of the July 2017 VA examination. The examiner did not reconcile findings with the Veteran’s STRs showing diagnoses and mention of these conditions during his service.
