The Veteran's GERD and CAD have been rated, but the Board has decided to remand one of the issues for further review.

The Veteran's PTSD, bulimia, and GERD claims are remanded. Service connection for acute sinusitis (claimed as chronic sinusitis), lumbar spine pain, left lower extremity sciatic radicular pain & paresthesia, and right lower extremity sciatic radicular pain & paresthesia is also remanded.

The Veteran's GERD and IBS were denied as the evidence did not meet the criteria for a higher disability evaluation.

The appeal for a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU) is dismissed as moot because the Veteran's service-connected disabilities resulted in a combined schedular evaluation of at least 70% prior to October 15, 2024, and he was able to maintain employment despite his conditions.

The Veteran's PTSD, GERD, Right Knee Strain, Back Condition, and Right Shoulder Strain have been granted service connection. The Veteran is now entitled to a 70% disability rating for PTSD.
