GERD (acid reflux) Board decisions

The Board denied service connection for allergic rhinitis, GERD, hypertension, sinusitis, bilateral hearing loss, heart condition, tinnitus, and sleep apnea as there was no evidence of a current disability during the appeal period. The claim for headaches was dismissed as moot.

The Board granted service connection for GERD, obstructive sleep apnea, and increased the ratings for PTSD and bilateral shin splints.
