The Board has granted service connection for cirrhosis of the liver and hypertension, finding that these conditions are related to the Veteran's active duty service.

The Board has granted service connection for Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome, finding that the Veteran's current condition is at least as likely as not incurred in or caused by active military service. The Board also found that the Veteran's Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome is secondary to his service-connected allergic rhinitis. Service connection was denied for Hypertension.

The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for hypertension, an acquired psychiatric disorder (claimed as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and posttraumatic stress disorder), narcolepsy, sleep apnea, insomnia, and chronic fatigue due to additional development.
