Hypertension (high blood pressure) Board decisions

The Board has decided to remand the case due to an error in not providing a statement of reasons and bases for whether a VA examination is warranted. The case will be returned for such an examination.

The Veteran's obstructive sleep apnea, bilateral feet toenail fungus, and hypertension are all granted as service-connected.,Service connection for the Veteran's bilateral hearing loss is denied prior to August 13, 2013, and remanded for further development after that date.
