Hypertension (high blood pressure) Board decisions

The Board found no evidence of a current skin disorder related to service, and denied service connection for the veteran's right knee disorder and hypertension. The veteran was presumed exposed to Agent Orange during service.

The veteran's claims for service connection for various conditions, including diabetes mellitus type II, bilateral eye disability, heart disease, hypertension, arthritis, COPD, dental condition, and colitis, were denied as they are not considered radiogenic diseases or presumptively related to exposure to ionizing radiation during service.

The veteran was exposed to Triocytel Phosphate during Project SHAD but there are no medical records indicating any connection to these conditions.

The Board has determined that the veteran's current cardiopulmonary disability, including atrial fibrillation and hypertension, is not service-connected as it did not have its onset during his active military service.
