Hypertension (high blood pressure) Board decisions

The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for service connection due to insufficient evidence and need for further examination. The issues include frostbite, low back disability, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, and an acquired psychiatric disorder.

The Veteran's hypertension is granted as presumptively related to herbicide exposure in the Republic of Vietnam, based on the PACT Act. The claim was denied previously but now meets the criteria for service connection due to the PACT Act.

Service connection for left knee degenerative arthritis is dismissed.,Service connection for transient blindness associated with migraine headaches and/or seizures is granted.
