The Board denied increased ratings for obstructive sleep apnea, tinnitus, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with dysthymic disorder and major depressive disorder, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), eczema, and remanded the claim for total disability for individual unemployability.
