The Board granted an earlier effective date of October 22, 2015, for the grant of service connection for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) based on continuous pursuit of the claim and the presumption under the PACT Act.

The Board denied the veteran's claims for an earlier effective date for service connection and a higher rating for chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as service connection for bilateral hearing loss and hypertension.
