The Board has denied the veteran's claim as there is no evidence of a chronic left knee disorder after service, and his current condition is not related to an in-service injury.

The Board found that the veteran's left below-the-knee amputation and osteomyelitis of the spine were not caused by VA negligence, thus denying compensation under 38 U.S.C.A. § 1151.
