The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for service connection due to new evidence indicating potential service connection.

The Board has determined that the Veteran does not have a current right knee disorder that is causally or etiologically related to his military service or to a service-connected condition. The residuals of his left knee sprain are currently evaluated as 10 percent disabling.

The Veteran's appeal has been withdrawn by the appellant through his authorized representative.

The Veteran is requesting a hearing before the Board and his claim for reopening service connection for a left knee disability has been remanded to the RO.
