The Board has decided to remand the case due to incomplete information and need for additional medical opinions regarding the Veteran's bilateral knee disability.

The Veteran's appeal is remanded for additional examinations and opinions regarding his right shoulder, left knee, right knee, and sleep apnea disabilities.
