The Board has remanded the case due to insufficient evidence and requests a new VA examination for the Veteran's right knee disability.

The Board denied service connection for obstructive sleep apnea and remanded the issue of rating in excess of 10 percent for right knee arthritis.

The Board has remanded the claims for service connection for a left knee disability and an initial rating higher than 10 percent for residuals of a left ankle fracture, as well as the effective date issue. The Veteran's current left knee disability is being examined to determine its etiology, and his left ankle disability is being evaluated for severity.

Service connection granted for bilateral pes planus.,Service connection denied for bilateral knee disability, dizziness, and evaluation in excess of 50 percent for tension headaches. Effective date for service connection for tension headaches is denied prior to November 16, 2015.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities do not result in the physical loss or permanent loss of use of one or both hands or feet, nor ankylosis of his knees or hips. Therefore, he does not qualify for eligibility for financial assistance in the purchase of an automobile or other conveyance and/or adaptive equipment.

The Veteran's claim of service connection for back pain is being remanded.,The Veteran's request to reopen a previously denied claim of service connection for right medial meniscectomy, posterior tear, is being remanded.

The Veteran's uncontrolled bowel movements, trouble feeding himself, and need for assistance maintaining his own basic hygiene show that he is factually in need of regular aid and attendance of at least one other person. Therefore, the claim for special monthly pension based on the need for regular aid and attendance has been granted.

The Veteran's claim for service connection for hemorrhoids was granted with a rating of 10 percent effective February 10, 2012. The appeal is not about service connection at all.

The Board denied service connection for lumbar degenerative joint disease, arthritis in the left foot, osteoarthritis in the right knee, osteoarthritis in the left knee, osteoarthritis in the right hip, and osteoarthritis in the left hip. The decision was based on a finding that these conditions were not incurred or aggravated by service.
