The Veteran's service-connected knee disabilities were reduced, but the Board found that there was not sufficient evidence to support these reductions and ordered them to be remanded.

The Veteran's left knee disability was rated at 10 percent prior to June 26, 2017 for limitation of motion. From April 28, 2011 to June 26, 2017, a separate 10 percent rating was granted for left knee instability.,From April 28, 2011, an initial 10 percent rating was granted for right hip limitation of motion. Additionally, from the same date, a 10 percent rating was granted for right hip limitation of adduction.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities did not render him unable to secure or follow a substantially gainful occupation prior to October 3, 2014. The Board denied entitlement to TDIU prior to that date.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for cervical spine DDD and cervical radiculopathy of the right arm, both secondary to his service-connected left knee disability.,The evidence did not support a finding that the Veteran's current conditions were caused or aggravated by his active service.

The Veteran's claim for service connection for left hip, low back, and left knee disabilities is remanded due to the need for additional medical opinions regarding the relationship between these conditions and his service-connected right hip disability.
