The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims of service connection for left knee disability, right knee disability, and left hip disability due to inadequate examination opinions.

The Veteran's right knee lateral tibial chondral degeneration and right knee medial meniscus tear are currently rated at 10 percent each, with a separate 10 percent rating for limitation of flexion. The claim for a higher rating is denied.
