The Veteran's claims for increased ratings and TDIU are being remanded due to inadequate examinations, unclear medical opinions, and procedural issues. The VA is instructed to obtain employment information from the Veteran's former employers and schedule a new examination.

The Board has denied service connection for Major Depressive Disorder, Left Knee Disability, and Right Knee Disability as the evidence does not support a link between these conditions and active military service.

The Board has remanded several claims for additional development due to the submission of new evidence, including VA treatment records and examination reports. The Veteran did not respond to a request to waive review by the AOJ.
