The veteran was granted a 30 percent evaluation for right knee tendinitis with degenerative arthritis, effective January 26, 2018.

The Board denied service connection for right and left knee disabilities, as the evidence did not support a finding that these conditions began during active service or are otherwise related to an in-service injury or disease.
