The Board denied the Veteran's appeal to restore a 10 percent rating for right knee meniscal tear, patellar fracture and arthritis (limitation of flexion) based on limited flexion.

The appeal was dismissed due to the Veteran's death.

The Board denied service connection for bilateral hearing loss and remanded the claim for a left knee disability for further development.

The Board granted service connection for right and left knee disabilities due to a continuity of symptomatology since service, but remanded the claim for a sinus condition for further development.

The appeal concerning service connection for multiple conditions was withdrawn by the Veteran before a decision was made.
