The Board denied service connection for left and right knee strains and an increased rating for asthma, finding no evidence of current disability or in-service incurrence.

The Board granted service connection for migraines, PTSD, atopic dermatitis, right knee condition, sleep apnea, and right knee condition. The liver condition and asthma claims were denied.

The Board granted service connection for right knee tendinitis as secondary to left knee degenerative arthritis.
