The Board remanded all issues to the VA for further examination. The Veteran's service in Southwest Asia will be considered.

The Board denied the veteran's request for an earlier effective date for service connection of left and right knee disabilities, as well as a request for an automobile allowance.

The veteran's claim for service connection for bilateral hearing loss was denied. The claims for hypertension, left ankle condition, and left knee condition were granted.

The Board denied the veteran's motion to revise a 1993 rating decision but remanded the claims for service connection for left knee disability and psychiatric conditions, as well as TDIU.

The veteran's claim for service connection for a left shoulder disability was granted. Claims for low back disability and pain due to whole body vibration were denied, while the right knee disability claim was remanded.

The Board remanded the veteran's claims for service connection for a left knee disability, certain skin conditions, and scars other than post-operative scars. The Board found errors in the VA's duty to assist and ordered new examinations.

The VA denied service connection for left and right hand disabilities but remanded decisions on other conditions including hypertension, stroke, ED, arthritis, gout in both feet, and lower back disability.

Service connection for a hand disorder is denied. Service connection for anemia, iron deficiency, arthritis of the left knee, and fibromyalgia are remanded for further evaluation.

The Veteran's service-connected left knee disability is granted with a separate 10 percent rating for arthritis and mild instability, effective August 10, 2011, through March 22, 2018. Other ratings are denied.
