Knee Board decisions

The Board has remanded the case for an adequate retrospective opinion regarding the Veteran's left knee strain with chondromalacia prior to July 27, 2020.

A 30 percent rating for right knee instability, from June 2, 2011 to the present, is granted. The issues of increased ratings for right knee limitation of extension and service connection for a low back disorder are remanded.
