Knee Board decisions

The Veteran's claim for a higher rating for his left knee disability is denied as it does not meet the criteria for a rating in excess of 10 percent. The Board has also remanded other issues related to service connection and TDIU.

The Board has remanded the claims of entitlement to a rating in excess of 10 percent for left knee DJD and entitlement to a TDIU due to deficiencies in the VA examiner's opinions regarding the severity of the Veteran's left knee DJD.
