Knee Board decisions

The Board has decided that the Veteran's left knee condition, which is service-connected as secondary to his right foot disability, needs further examination and medical opinion.

The Veteran's claims for increased ratings for his right knee, right shoulder impingement syndrome, and left shoulder impingement syndrome were denied. The Veteran was granted service connection for a lumbar spine disability and a left knee disability.
