Knee Board decisions

The Board denied service connection for a left knee condition, right knee condition, and right hip condition as there was no evidence of current disability related to the Veteran's active duty.

The Board granted service connection for cervical spine, right shoulder, left shoulder, right knee, left knee, and lumbar spine conditions based on the evidence being in approximate balance regarding their etiological relation to active-duty service.

The Board denied an earlier effective date for the 100 percent disability rating for PTSD prior to February 1, 2023, and remanded several service connection claims.
