Knee Board decisions

The Board has denied the Veteran's claims for increased ratings for his left and right knee disabilities, finding that they do not meet or approximate the criteria for a rating in excess of 10 percent. The claim for an initial compensable rating for bilateral hearing loss was also denied.

The Veteran's appeal is being remanded to obtain additional treatment records and a new VA medical examination for his knee disabilities.
