The Veteran withdrew his appeals for service connection for a respiratory disorder (including asthma) and headaches/migraine headaches.

The Veteran is seeking service connection for various conditions, including psychiatric disorders, musculoskeletal issues, eye problems, and gastrointestinal issues. The Board has determined that further medical examination and opinion are necessary to address the nature and etiology of these claims.,The Veteran's hearing loss and tinnitus have also been remanded for additional development.

The Veteran's initial rating for migraine headaches was granted at 10 percent effective September 3, 2004. The Board subsequently increased the rating to 30 percent as of March 25, 2009.

The Veteran's conditions, including diabetes and its related complications, are not service connected. The Board denied the claims for service connection based on lack of evidence showing onset or causation in service.

The Veteran's anxiety disorder is rated at 50 percent, and his migraine headaches are rated at 50 percent combined. The Veteran meets the criteria for TDIU from September 7, 2012.

The Veteran's migraine headaches are currently rated at 50% from August 26, 2015. The rating for residuals of left bunionectomy with scar is also 50%. Both conditions meet the criteria for a maximum schedular rating.

The Veteran's service-connected migraines and sleep apnea make him unable to secure or follow a substantially gainful occupation, meeting the criteria for a TDIU.

The Veteran's claims for service connection have been granted, with the exception of his claim for a bilateral ankle disability. The remaining conditions are associated with fibromyalgia.
