The Board has remanded three issues: service connection for sleep disability, headache disability, and respiratory disability. The Veteran's claims are pending as the AOJ is currently in the process of adjudicating them.

The Board has denied service connection for bilateral hearing loss and remanded the issues of service connection for a respiratory condition secondary to asbestos exposure, a neurological disorder (trigeminal neuralgia/stroke), and headaches. The appeals are currently pending.

The Veteran's chronic headaches are found to be secondary to his service-connected post-operative residuals bilateral retinal detachments with lattice degeneration, and the Board finds that the evidence is in relative equipoise as to whether this condition is aggravated by his service-connected disability.
