Migraines & headaches decisions — 2020

The Veteran's claims for tinnitus, fallopian tube adhesions with removal of the left ovary, and increased rating for right knee patellofemoral syndrome and degenerative arthritis status post arthroscopy have all been denied. The Board found insufficient evidence to support service connection for these conditions.

The Board has reopened the Veteran's claim for service connection of migraine headaches due to new and material evidence. However, the claim is still denied as there is no clear and unmistakable evidence that the condition pre-existed his military service or was not aggravated by it.

The Board has denied service connection for a cervical spine disability, hypertension, psoriasis, and migraine headaches. The case is remanded to determine the relationship between the Veteran's diabetes mellitus, type II and her service-connected PTSD.

The Board denied the request to reopen a claim for service connection for headaches and remanded the issue of determining the current severity of chronic sinusitis.
