The Veteran's migraine headaches are rated at 50 percent, but no higher. The Veteran's bilateral knee disabilities (patellar tendinitis with patellar exostoses and associated right and left knee extension/instability) are all rated at 10 percent.

The Veteran's claim for service connection for migraines was denied as there is no competent evidence of current migraines.,PTSD was rated at 70 percent since October 13, 2020. The Veteran was granted a TDIU due to PTSD and SMC based on housebound status.
